Terms and Conditions for Eightmood of Sweden 

  1. Introduction

Welcome to Eightmood of Sweden! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our webshop and the purchase of goods. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Orders

3.1 Placing Orders 

When you place an order on our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. 

3.2 Order Confirmation 

Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information. You are responsible for ensuring that the order details are accurate at the time of confirmation. 

  1. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices 

All prices are listed in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include VAT. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and added to your total order cost. 

4.2 Payment Methods 

We accept the following payment methods: 

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) 
  • PayPal 

Payments are processed securely, and you will be charged at the time of purchase. 

  1. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Area 

We only ship to addresses within Sweden. 

5.2 Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process. Orders over 599  qualify for free shipping. 

5.3 Delivery Time 

Standard delivery time is 1 -3 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location. 

5.4 Damages and Shortages 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at ct@eightmood.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, you must report it to us within 7 days of receiving the order. 

  1. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at ct@eightmood.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6.2 Exceptions / Non-returnable Items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

6.3 Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

6.4 Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ct@eightmood.com. 

  1. Warranty and Liability

We guarantee that our products will be free from defects at the time of delivery. If you find a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Our liability is limited to the replacement of the defective item or a refund, as applicable. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. 

  1. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, product designs, and website content, are the exclusive property of Eightmood of Sweden AB. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited. 

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from your use of this webshop or your purchase of goods shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
